Delivery charges vary according to the location, order size and type, product characteristics, and delivery requirements. The applicable charge is communicated before final confirmation.
Customers may submit orders through the website checkout. Submission is only a request and does not constitute final acceptance. Every online order is subject to confirmation by a T-ZONE team member. The order becomes confirmed only after T-ZONE verifies:
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. For orders above USD 300, a deposit equal to 20% of the order value is required before processing. The balance is paid according to the agreed arrangements. T-ZONE may request additional confirmation or a deposit where reasonably required by the order.
Customers may select Store Pickup at checkout. T-ZONE will contact the customer once the order is ready. Depending on availability, it may be ready the same day, the next business day, or at another confirmed time. Customers should wait for T-ZONE confirmation before visiting the store.
Website availability remains subject to final confirmation. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details. T-ZONE will communicate significant changes when necessary. Estimated delivery periods may vary because of circumstances outside T-ZONE’s direct control.
