Where a product is sold with warranty, that warranty is provided by the relevant official agency, authorized distributor, or warranty provider identified for the product. T-ZONE does not provide an independent in-store warranty. T-ZONE is not the manufacturer and does not import the products.
The customer must keep the original invoice, warranty card where supplied, serial-number labels, and the product’s original identification. The applicable provider, period, and coverage should be verified from these documents at the time of purchase.
Contact T-ZONE or the official agency with the invoice, warranty documents, product details, serial number, fault description, and evidence. T-ZONE may direct the customer or help coordinate communication or transfer, but it does not diagnose the fault, approve the claim, or provide the warranty remedy.
The official agency alone performs the technical inspection and decides whether the fault is a covered manufacturing defect. No warranty return, replacement, repair, credit, or other remedy is authorized until the agency issues its approval. If approved, the agency itself performs or arranges the approved action under its warranty terms because the warranty responsibility lies solely with the agency.
T-ZONE cannot promise approval, immediate replacement, a specific remedy, parts availability, or a fixed completion date.
The official agency’s terms prevail. Common exclusions may include accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, tampered seals or serial numbers, incompatible electricity or accessories, cosmetic wear, consumables, software issues, and data loss.
If the fault is outside coverage or the warranty has expired, T-ZONE may — with customer approval — refer or send the device to a specialized repair department. T-ZONE does not perform that repair in-store. Diagnosis, repair, parts, transport, and handling may be chargeable.
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a seller or warranty provider to exclude.
